Kennard Mahib Bariumanto (“we,” “our,” or “us”) publishes Robbin, a free, single-player camera-based archery game. This policy explains the information used by the app and its website. Robbin does not require a separate app account. Game Center is optional.

This website

If you subscribe, we store the email address you submit. We use it to tell you when Robbin is on the App Store, to send the TestFlight link, and to answer a request you send us. The address is stored by Cloudflare. You can ask us to delete it.

Camera and motion

Robbin uses both cameras at the same time. The rear camera shows the world. The front camera reads your hand to draw the bow. The front camera view is never shown. Camera frames and hand-pose detection stay on your device. Robbin does not save or upload camera images or video. Device motion is used locally for aiming; raw motion and hand-pose data are not sent to our analytics service.

You can change camera permission in your device’s Settings. Gameplay requires camera access; viewing the privacy policy does not.

Information stored on your device

Robbin stores preferences, onboarding progress, and local gameplay records such as scores on your device. It also creates a temporary image when preparing a wanted poster for sharing. Local app data remains until removed by the app or operating system, or when you delete the app; device backups may retain copies according to your backup settings.

Analytics

Robbin uses TelemetryDeck to understand aggregate use and improve reliability. In the current version, analytics starts automatically when the app launches.

Signals describe sessions, tutorial progress, permission outcomes, gameplay milestones and results, feature use, and selected technical failures. They can include event durations and technical details such as device model, operating system, app version, language or locale, and whether the build is distributed through TestFlight.

On iPhone and iPad, the integrated SDK normally derives its default identifier from Apple’s identifier for vendor (IDFV), with a generated identifier as a fallback. The identifier is hashed before transmission. It is not the advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not send your Game Center name, profile photo, email, camera images, or raw sensor data to TelemetryDeck, and do not use analytics for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites.

TelemetryDeck describes its processing as anonymous analytics. See its privacy FAQ and privacy policy for its processing practices. Analytics is sent over HTTPS.

Optional Game Center

If you use Apple’s Game Center, Robbin retrieves your Game Center display name and profile photo for display in the game and your wanted poster. Scores are submitted to Apple’s Game Center leaderboards when you are authenticated. Leaderboard information is handled and displayed through Game Center under your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policy.

Robbin does not send Game Center identity or profile photos to TelemetryDeck. You can manage Game Center participation through your device settings. Deleting Robbin does not necessarily delete records held by Game Center.

Sharing

When you choose to share a wanted poster, Robbin passes the generated image and accompanying game text to the system share sheet. The poster can include your Game Center display name, profile image, and game results. You choose the recipient or destination app; that service then handles the shared content under its own policies. Robbin does not automatically publish the poster.

Support

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use this to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information or camera recordings unless necessary for your request.

Retention and your choices

Camera frames are used for live gameplay and are not saved by Robbin. Local preferences and scores remain on your device as described above. Temporary sharing files may remain until the operating system removes them or the app is deleted.

TelemetryDeck’s published FAQ currently specifies no guaranteed deletion schedule for stored analytics events. We do not promise a shorter retention period or that deleting the app erases previously sent analytics. Because we do not attach names or email addresses to these signals, we may be unable to identify a particular person’s records. Contact us with privacy questions or requests, and we will explain what we can locate and act on.

The current version has no in-app analytics switch. Deleting the app stops it sending future signals. Camera permission and Game Center participation can be managed separately in device Settings. Receiving this policy is not itself a consent choice for optional analytics.

We retain support correspondence and signup emails as needed to send the TestFlight link, notify you about the App Store launch, and handle follow-up. You can ask us to delete them when we no longer need them, subject to applicable obligations.

Children

Robbin is intended for ages 13 and older and is not in the App Store Kids Category. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
